® Windows 7 Microsoft will be rolling out Windows 7 in five versions: Starter, Home Basic, Home Premium, Business, and Ultimate. Microsoft has had a strategy of rolling out their Windows operating systems with different editions. So, obviously, the upcoming OS Windows 7 will be rolled out in different versions. As per the PCBeta.com folks, the recent build 7025 of Windows 7 showed up options to choose between different Windows 7 versions. Those familiar with the nomenclature of Microsoft's OS versions won't have to scratch their heads over this report. To be noted, the Windows 7 Public Beta carried the Windows Ultimate tag, so it can expected that the lower variants will be minus certain features. Currently, folks are enjoying the Ultimate features of Windows 7, and it is uncertain as to which features of Windows 7 would be excluded in the lower editions.
